My work is guided by the principles of curiosity and compassion. This website introduces you to my approach and process.

My approach is integrative, which means I draw on a range of complementary approaches, such as Humanistic, Psychodynamic, Systemic, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

My expertise lies in helping you express, acknowledge and process your emotions – especially those rooted in anxiety, low self-esteem, stress, abuse or trauma – which can be confusing to articulate.

My focus area of interest has always been the individual – your context, your experiences, your story.

My practice is inclusive in nature, recognising and celebrating differences in individuals. I aim to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all, tailoring therapeutic approaches, interventions and techniques accordingly.

As a qualified psychotherapist, I will work with you to reframe how you experience challenging areas of your life.
